Model 7620 AXION®™ eyePOD™, polished stainless steel, faucet-mounted eyewash.

Model 7620 AXION®™ eyePOD™ faucet mounted eyewash (patent pending). Constructed of stainless steel with a polished finish, the unit shall feature inverted directional laminar flow which achieves zero vertical velocity supplied by an integral .9 GPM flow control, which supplies a .5 GPM aerator. The standard faucet connection is 55/64-27 female thread, with the optional aerators adapting this size to; 15/16-27 male, 13/16-27 male and 13/16-24 female. A thermostatic shutoff is used for water temperatures over 100F. Operating pressure; 30 - 90 psi.

Model 8780 skid-mounted tempering system shall include a 4' x 5' (1.22 x 1.52 m). This single or multiple shower and/or eyewash feeder is designed to operate with a number of tempering and electrical options. The tempered water blending system includes an integral hot water supply, whether stored or supplied by steam, and will incorporate fail-safe features like anti-scald protection and full flow cold water bypass. The electrical system requires 208/240 VAC single phase, 3 wire 40 amp minimum, though it can be easily adapted for other voltages upon request.
